Project Controls:   

SDG’s in-house QA/QC system is in full compliance with the Association of Consulting Engineers of Canada, the Consulting Engineers of British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia.  A key function of our QA/QC system is Project Controls, aimed at controlling scope, cost and schedule, thereby:

• increasing efficiency
• controlling costs; limiting errors
• keeping client and stakeholders informed
• providing a framework for decision making
• reducing the risk of claims
• maintaining an auditable record
