Client: Pacific Coast Terminals, Port Moody Description: Completed civil and structural design of a 3-storey administration building of 18000 sft. This structure resists lateral forces with two stair case concrete shear wall at each end. Scope: SDE provided conceptual and detailed design and complete project management services. Features: Completed all civil and structural engineering tasks from the initial phase up to construction and project delivery
